Are there any fees to join the platform?
There are no fees required to join Refuelex, it is absolutely FREE.
What kind of fuel can I sell through the app?
You can list multiple fuel types such as petrol, diesel, and other specialty fuels (CNG, LPG). Simply update your offerings in the Vendor Admin Panel.
Can I pause my services temporarily?
Yes, if you’re temporarily unable to fulfill orders (e.g., during maintenance or stock shortages), you can set your station to “offline” mode in the panel.
How will I be notified of new orders?
You’ll receive instant notifications on your device through the Vendor Admin Panel. You can also set email or SMS alerts for additional convenience.
What happens if I want to terminate my membership?
Terminating your membership is simple. You can contact our support team at support@refuelex.com to request account closure. Once your request is processed, your station will be removed from the platform, and any outstanding payments will be settled.
Can multiple stations under the same company register?
Yes, if you operate multiple stations, each station can be registered under a single account with separate location management.
Do I need to follow specific safety guidelines?
Yes, all fuel stations must comply with industry safety regulations for fuel storage and handling.
